lyrics

It gets hard for him to wake up most days
Dont really wanna go to school cause y’all waiting
In da hallways before class
He took all blame never the one to raise arms on ya
He prefers to turn the cheek and leave
But y’all keep hassling takin his coat and cap again
All of his notes are scattered and then he cant even pass ‘em in
So he sits and he tries so explain
But none of the faculty would listen
‘Cause they be thinking he’s a troubled teen
It ain’t his fault that he live in a troubled home
His mother was residential and her past still liven on
Doesn’t matter what he says or does
His life will stay the same everybody
He grew up with eventually changed
No one on his side and no he cant handle da struggle
And now it’s live or die
Holding a pistol aiming it at his temple
So, he dried his tears and found a better way out
Now is it a getaway to heaven or help

I’ve been livin’ in a world without hope
I’ve been tryna find my way without a home
I’ve been looking in wrong direction
All Along only wanting to belong
Now I finally found my way back
away from da fact I made up and acted on
And even though no one will ever know
everyday I thank you

Now here’s a story about somebody always quiet
Didn’t have many friends never became violent
I guess that’s the reason they became a target
‘Cause people would mistake them for weakness the kindness
Everyday making their life problematic
Nobody knew that afterschool it was sadness
No mother or father ‘cause alcohol had them fighting demons
And then bullies man it was havoc
At a young age their life was stressed undressed molested god’s test a blessing
How could that be it’s a tragedy not a lesson
Too much venom I their system somethings bound to happen
Harassment hated on, today was enough
Told the teacher and he just said to grow up
I guess he had a point ‘cause they shot up to whole school
And finally made noise

I’ve been livin’ in a world without hope
I’ve been tryna find my way without a home
I’ve been looking in wrong direction
All Along only wanting to belong
Now I finally found my way back
Away from da fact I made up and acted on
And even though no one will ever know
Everyday I thank you

Nobody deserves to be treated like they not even a human being
Where’s the unity?
Ain’t it hard enough to be seen as different
Trying to fit in like tetras and just end up getting messed with
Here’s a question
Would you like to be treated the same way as the one that you’re offending?
It’s ok kid you can be the message
And show every bully you can make it if you’re different

It’s got him thinking should I just end it all
Why do I let the evil take a hold of my thoughts?
So, he dropped the gun all of a sudden
Now the weights gone
He stayed strong won the battle
But the war goes on all the lies accumulation
He hides from every native
He tried sooner or later
He moved on found a life away everyone
And only did it by thinkin’ positive not by hurting anyone

I’ve been livin’ in a world without hope
I’ve been tryna find my way without a home
I’ve been looking in wrong direction
All Along only wanting to belong
Now I finally found my way back
Away from da fact I made up and acted on
And even though no one will ever know
Everyday I thank you.
